Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

- 120, 90, 60 days before tour – Status reports required
- 45 days before tour – Final rooming list and unused room release
- Invoice is payable within 5 days of issuance
Refund Schedule:
- 90+ days before tour – Full refund (Land portion only)
- 60-45 days before tour – 50% refund (Land portion only)
- Less than 45 days – No refund
- No refund for unused portions of the itinerary
