• Air tickets
• Tour escort costs/expenses (e.g. wages, additional meals)
• Use of hotel rooms before/after check-in/out times
• Optional or recommended excursions
• Meals not specified in the itinerary
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Personal expenses (e.g. laundry, beverages, mini-bar, room service, internet, telephone calls)
• Gratuities and any additional government taxes or duties

Please Note:

• Costs are subject to availability and confirmation of accommodation and touring
• Additional surcharges may apply during special events/public holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.)
• Full payment is required before arrival; failure to do so may result in cancellations
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers
• Check-in time at most hotels is 2 PM or 3 PM; early check-in may incur additional charges
• Hotels may require a credit card imprint upon check-in for incidental charges
• The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances

Health and Fitness:

• Passengers should be in good health and able to walk moderate distances
• Passengers travel at their own risk and should not go against medical advice
• We reserve the right to remove any passenger whose health affects the experience of others

Health and Safety (COVID-19):

• Passengers showing symptoms must provide a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours
• Passengers feeling unwell must contact their tour manager and seek medical attention
• Returning to the tour requires a medical clearance, not just a negative test result

Responsibility of Travel Time South Pacific:

• Acts as an agent for transportation, hotels, sightseeing providers, etc.
• Not responsible for acts, omissions, or schedule failures of third-party service providers
• Not liable for lost luggage, personal injury, delays, or changes due to external factors
• Recommends comprehensive travel insurance for all passengers

Force Majeure:

• No liability for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as war, pandemics, riots, disasters
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule affected itineraries

Advertising & Promotion:

• All promotional materials must accurately represent the services provided
• The company is not responsible for misrepresentation by third-party agents

New Zealand Government Travel Protocols:

• All travelers must comply with NZ Government COVID-19 protocols
• Any additional costs incurred due to government policy changes are the traveler’s responsibility

Visa Regulations, Customs, and Quarantine:

• Compliance with immigration and customs regulations is the client’s responsibility
• Visitors must obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) before arrival
• NZ Traveller Declaration required before departure to New Zealand

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Payment Schedule:

• 120, 90, 60 days before tour – Status reports required
• 45 days before tour – Final rooming list and unused room release
• Invoice is payable within 5 days of issuance

Refund Schedule:

• 90+ days before tour – Full refund (Land portion only)
• 60-45 days before tour – 50% refund (Land portion only)
• Less than 45 days – No refund
• No refund for unused portions of the itinerary
